American Red Cross is seeking a Casework User Support Associate to ensure timely resolution of technical exceptions within the casework system of record. You will work with staff and volunteers to support disaster-affected individuals while helping to navigate and function the system.
Under limited supervision, you will report to the Supervisor, Casework User Support, and contribute to developing procedures, tools, and training.
