Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch is seeking loving House Parents to provide direct care and create a home-like environment for up to eight children at our main campus. You will reside in a cottage, supervise daily routines, and support residents with education, activities, and life skills.
This full-time, live-in role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and teamwork, flexibility including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license.
