We are looking for a talented Software Developer – Full Stack Developer.

As a full stack developer, you will resolve problems with complete end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment. You will help create systems that make a difference and develop software and systems from vision to production‑ready states. You will use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify needed system improvements, and help clients overcome their most challenging problems with the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.

• Build responsive, accessible, and high‑performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Type Script, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Partner with backend developers, architects, and Dev Ops engineers to integrate front‑end and back‑end components using C#, .NET, and SQL/Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements.
• Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud‑native tools for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.

• 3+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications.
• Experience with Java, Python, .NET, React, or other modern front‑end frameworks.
• Experience with SQL (Postgre
  
  SQL preferred); familiarity with No
  
  SQL technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum team.
• Ability to use back‑end and front‑end languages to develop complete solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3+ years of experience with software engineering.
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance.
• Master’s degree.

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust
  5) within a reasonable period.
