Job Description Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of business rules development application experience with IBM ODM 8.11. (Operational Decision Manager) - It is a mandatory requirement
- Development skills and agile CI/CD knowledge
- Development experience with JAVA and JAVA-based framework technologies
- A positive attitude and willingness to drive projects to completion in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
- Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Working knowledge of build management tools including ANT, Maven, Jenkins etc.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science
- The candidate should be open to relocating and traveling to other states
