QE Automation Architect​/Lead – Corporate & Financial Systems

We are hiring an experienced QE Automation Architect / Lead with 10–14 years of expertise in designing and driving enterprise-scale automation solutions for Corporate & Financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Java, Selenium, REST Assured, CI/CD integration, and AI‑assisted testing
, along with expertise in automation framework architecture, integration testing, and release quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive enterprise automation architecture and testing strategy
• Design scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and Git Lab CI/CD
• Lead API‑first, regression, integration, and release validation testing
• Ensure end‑to‑end quality across enterprise systems, data flows, and downstream integrations
• Mentor QE teams on automation best practices, AI‑driven testing, and Agile QE methodologies
• Define KPIs, quality gates, test optimization strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java, Selenium, REST APIs, REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git Lab, Selenium Grid, Lambda Test, or Sauce Labs
• Knowledge of JIRA, qTest, automation frameworks, and test strategy design
• Strong understanding of Telecom, SOX compliance, and Financial systems
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
