Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend Development):
Leading a frontend unit overseeing the core charting product and desktop applications with an accent on strategic people management and architectural health. Focus on building an efficient engineering engine, managing a structure of ~25 engineers, and aligning development processes to scale the world’s leading financial analysis platform.
Location:
Must be based in or able to relocate to Tbilisi (Georgia) or Limassol (Cyprus). Hybrid work format required.
Salary: from $5,000/month net

What you will do- Lead and manage a frontend unit of ~25 engineers through Team Leads.
- Drive strategic workforce planning, succession management, and technical health of the charting product line.
- Ensure delivery excellence through data-driven governance and proactive problem-solving.
- Foster technical synergy across teams and maintain high architectural standards.
- Oversee the development of the main B2C Chart, B2B Charting Libraries, and Desktop application.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within frontend engineering.
- Experience managing multiple teams (Manager-of-Managers) or a large engineering unit.
- Deep understanding of frontend architectures, ideally with Type Script and React.
- Ability to foster efficient development engines without micromanagement.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Tbilisi, Georgia, or Limassol, Cyprus.
- Strong communication skills for a global, distributed environment.
- Professional background in the finance or trading domain.
- Prior familiarity with Trading View’s ecosystem and product.
