Overview

Southbridge Savannah is a Rees Jones design in Savannah, GA founded in 1988. We are a semiprivate golf club with a very active membership and guests. The club is also growing with the area of Savannah growing as well. The Club is currently looking for our next 1st Assistant Golf Professional. This person will report directly to the Head Golf Professional to provide the best experience for our members and guests.

• Previous golf course experience preferred.
• Passed the PGA Playability test.
• Enrolled in the PGA Program preferred.

• Responsible for opening and closing procedures of the golf shop.
• Manage tee sheet.
• Manage Cart Staff.
• Assist with merchandising in the golf shop and inventory management.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the Golf Shop and office space. Keeping it clean for ourselves members, guest and venders.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with execution of golf tournaments and Golf Genius Tournament Software.
• Conduct individual lessons.
• Assist with group instruction, ladies, and junior program.
• Play golf with the members.
• Take members and guests to Pro Ams
• Encouraged to play in Georgia PGA Section and Chapter Events
• Other task assigned by Head Golf Professional.
