Overview

Savannah, GA area - 230 Flonnel Ave, Suite 206, Port Wentworth, GA 31407. Job Type: Full-time 40 hours a week - Mon-Friday, in office.

Maritime Delivery Services (MDS) is an intermodal trucking company with 6 offices in the US and 1 in Canada. MDS has been in business since 2007 providing safe, reliable service with dedicated staff and business-oriented independent contractors.

• Ensure drivers are assigned loads daily to maximize their productivity.
• Assist drivers with daily issues as they occur, after hours as well.
• Assist customer service with timely capacity changes and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Manage drivers with service issues, ELD issues, safety concerns.
• Assist terminal manager as needed.

• Intermodal trucking experience
• Good communication skills
• Able to multitask in time sensitive situations
• Advocate for MDS with drivers and customers

• Previous dispatch or customer service experience in trucking
• Ability to work flexible schedule as needed
• 4+ years of industry related experience
