• Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with an average 300‑mile length of haul.
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access.
• Pay:
  Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity.
• Home Time:
  Weekly 34‑hour resets.
• Freight: 100% no‑touch — 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload.
• Experience:
  
  1 year preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.
• Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
