We are seeking professional team drivers for our Fed Ex Custom Critical operation.

We are looking for dependable drivers who understand that communication, safety, professionalism, and reliability matter.

Performance-based payWe believe drivers should share in the success of the operation. Unlike traditional CPM positions, our compensation model is based on truck revenue. When the truck earns more, you earn more.
Starting pay22% per driver (44% team percentage). Higher percentages may be available for experienced teams based on:
- Fed Ex Custom Critical experience
- Hazmat endorsement

- Revenue-based compensation
- Load settlements available upon request
- No CPM games
- Performance-based earnings growth
$1,000 per driver (500 after 90 days, 500 after 180 days).
Home timeFlexible home time available. Examples:
- 4 weeks out / 1 week home
- 8 weeks out / 2 weeks home
- Longer availability incentives available
Drivers who remain available for longer periods generally have the highest earning potential.

- Hazmat endorsement required (or ability to obtain)
- Tanker endorsement preferred
- Doubles/triples endorsement preferred
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- 3+ years experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- No serious preventable accidents within last 3 years
- No major moving violations within last 3 years
- Must pass DOT drug screening
- Must meet all FMCSA requirements
- Must meet Fed Ex qualification standards
- Strong communication skills required
- Professional appearance required
- Reliable attendance required
