.

Do you have a Class A CDL and an impeccable safety record? Liberty Transportation, Inc. is immediately hiring Class A CDL - Fed Ex Ground Team Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle unassigned, Over-the-Road Fed Ex Ground runs from the Savannah area safely and efficiently!
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Clean MVR and background preferred.
- Willing to travel to Savannah/Jacksonville to start runs.
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission and have no restrictions.
- Must have 1 year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Must pass a background check.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)—no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years.
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
. - Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
- Complete background check, MVR screening, Clearinghouse login, and drug test.
- Operate tractor-trailer combination
, including doubles (and triples, where applicable). - Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
- Drop & Hook Only
. No-touch Freight! - Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate daily logs.
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch regarding delays, arrivals, and equipment issues.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Pay : $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee (if available at least 5 days)
- Paid mileage: $0.40 CPM
- $80/day per diem
