DOT Delivery Associate - TPE Logistics Solutions Inc.

Overview

TPE Logistics Solutions, Inc is a Veteran Owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages to homes, businesses, and other delivery locations. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. Competitive pay and benefits package offered. $21.75 per hour plus bonuses.

Company Vehicle Provided. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

• Deliver Amazon packages to customers in a safe, timely manner using an Amazon-branded DOT-regulated truck (lengths ranging from 15 to 26 feet).
• Load, sort, and locate packages for delivery; use handheld device for routing and delivery information.
• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times; navigate a variety of routes within the delivery area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; work independently and as part of a delivery team.
• Be physically able to load and unload packages, bend, squat, climb stairs, and reach overhead repeatedly; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs with assistance (and up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team).
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions; be able to work additional hours during high-volume periods.
• Maintain a clean driving record; comply with DOT requirements and safety standards.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record: no more than 3 incidents/infractions, no suspensions.
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass DOT certification and DOT physical (can be acquired during onboarding).

• Base pay: $21.75 per hour.
• Weekly pay and performance bonuses.
• Paid training beginning Day 1; paid overtime.
