HD Supply - - Responsibilities:
Delivers customer orders safely within a service area and interfaces with customers on order issues;
Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using material handling equipment;
Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintains records as required;
Maintains contact with distribution center to receive instructions on delivery interruptions and updates customers on delivery statuses;
Provides exceptional customer service and feedback to management on escalated issues
