Compensation and Benefits

This position offers the following compensation and benefits:

• Pay range: $23.3 - $25.87 per hour, plus Safe Driving Bonus/Performance Incentive.

• Paid Time Off: 96 hours of PTO per year plus additional paid extended leave; hours increase with service years.
• Paid Holidays: 6 per year.
• Retirement Plan: 50% match of first 6% of the employee contribution, plus additional 3% of compensation after one year of service.

• Class A CDL with tanker and doubles endorsements.
• Valid medical card.
• Valid ICC Physical Certification.
• State issued Milk Handlers License (preferred).

• Coordinate equipment assignments with daily dispatch, considering plant requirements and equipment needs for timely pick‑ups and deliveries.
• Track and record daily tasks and yard inventory.
• Couple departing equipment to respective trailers and perform walk‑around inspections.
• Take equipment to shop for repairs or assign replacement equipment per dispatch direction.
• Inform dispatch of any issues that may cause delays or prohibit the dispatch plan.
• Couple and spot equipment at local loading facilities, for exterior wash, for maintenance, and for the interior wash crew.
• Assist in rescuing drivers with hours‑of‑service issues and in moving equipment to outside repair shops.
• Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies, including use of protective equipment and Fit for Work.
• Assist with yard maintenance when necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.
