CDL A Regional Driver Trainee

Savannah, GA — 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving based out of Savannah.

Overview Paid 4- to 6-week mentor training with an experienced driver.

Weekly pay by direct deposit; $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training.

Regional routes structured to keep drivers closer to home, with regular runs serving the Eastern United States and connections into adjacent regions.

Modern equipment, including brand-new Volvo VNL tractors.

Drop-and-hook dry van freight to provide more predictable loading and unloading.

Route and Training Details Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills and hands-on road training.

Transition into solo regional assignments after successful completion of training.

Operate dry van freight on regional routes serving the Eastern U.S., with schedules designed to maximize home time for Savannah-based drivers.

Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.

Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers.

Qualifications Valid Class A CDL.Graduate of an accredited CDL school.

Clean motor vehicle record.

Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings.

Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication.

No prior over-the-road experience required.
