Forklift Operator, Material Handler
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our fast‑paced team, primarily responsible for container put‑away and picking (non‑cherry picker). The ideal candidate must be Spanish/English speaking, possess the physical stamina to individually lift and move boxes averaging 50–60 lbs on a regular basis, maintain a valid forklift certification, and have legal U.S. work authorization. The role requires good organizational skills and a high accuracy in box counting.
Starting wage: $19/hour, with the potential to reach $22/hour through two performance reviews within the first six months, plus an annual KPI‑based growth system.
Schedule:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday through Friday (Wednesdays and Saturdays off) with a one‑hour daily lunch break.

Required:
Spanish is mandatory;
English also required.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift boxes averaging 50–60 lbs individually (not team‑lift), with the expectation that some boxes may be heavier.

Skills:
Accurate box counting and good organizational skills; able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Certification: Valid forklift certificate required.
Work Authorization: Must have a valid U.S. work visa or authorization to work legally in the U.S.
Compensation & Schedule- Starting pay: $19/hour
- Salary adjustment:
Up to two review opportunities within the first 6 months ($20, $22
) - Annual KPI performance mechanism provides an additional salary growth system.
- Work hours:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1‑hour lunch break, 8 hours total per day) - Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
