Warehouse Leadman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Leadman to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient and safe handling of inventory and shipments.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse team members.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Leadman or similar supervisory role in an industrial warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to perform other duties assigned by management.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening to include a drug screen, physical and background check
