Swing Shift Warehouse Supervisor

WORK SCHEDULE

The hours for this position will be Monday-Thursday from 9:00am to 7:30pm.

$22.00 an hour

• 3+ years of related experience managing an entire warehouse including scheduling, supervision, training, and directing staff daily.
• Managing all aspects of the warehouse LTL-Small Parcels
• Enforce and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Experience with contracts, contract negotiations, understand freight and distribution process, working with customs and regulations and recommending carriers.
• Previous supervisory experience with the ability to be the working supervisor on the warehouse floor.
• Experience in ERP Management and inventory control in order to ensure that products are available and follow shipment schedules and lead times.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must demonstrate effective leadership and influence skills as well as proven experience requiring inter-departmental communication and coordination to effectively achieve the company’s objectives and targets within budget.
• Organizational skills are critical, as is the general understanding of the functions of the company.
• Must be able to work effectively across disciplines in a rapidly growing and continuously evolving atmosphere.
• Must be knowledgeable of OSHA Safety standards.
• Forklift experience and the knowledge to operate different forklifts.
• Must be flexible to work all scheduled shifts.
• Continually strive to improve processes, efficiency, and quality.

• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Minimum High School diploma.
• Maintain excellent attendance and dependability.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to fulfill customer requirements.
