Production Supervisor

A growing consumer products distribution operation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and fulfillment activities within a fast-paced distribution environment. This individual will be responsible for driving productivity, supporting employee development, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational goals are achieved.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with experience supervising warehouse teams and managing workflow in a high-volume logistics setting.

• Lead daily activities within assigned warehouse functions to ensure efficient execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory-related processes.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to hourly employees and team leads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
• Adjust labor allocation and staffing levels to meet changing business demands.
• Promote accountability and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and workflow execution.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Track departmental metrics and communicate results to site leadership.
• Support implementation of process enhancements and best practices.

• Onboard and train new employees.
• Cross-train team members to improve flexibility and operational coverage.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Help build bench strength for future leadership needs.

• Enforce workplace safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• eHigh school diploma or equivalent required
• .Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred
• .2+ years of supervisory experience within distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations
• .Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred

• sStrong leadership and employee engagement capabilities
• .Excellent communication and team-building skills
• .Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• .Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions
• .Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
