Material Handler

As a Material Handler
, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials within the warehouse while supporting safe and efficient loading, unloading, and yard operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and office teams to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions.
• Sort, label, and organize products on racks, shelves, and storage areas.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Safely maneuver trailers, containers, yard mules, and boom trucks within the yard as required.
• Maintain organized vehicle parking and traffic flow in the warehouse yard.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and yard activities with warehouse leadership and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in cross-training, process improvement initiatives, and special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Forklift and Crane Rigging Certification preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required.
• Ability to obtain a CDL license within one year may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse and yard equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• On-site warehouse and yard environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
• Requires good vision and hearing.
• Frequent work around forklifts, trailers, containers, boom trucks, and other warehouse traffic.
