Occupational Therapist – In‑facility – Reports to Director of Rehab.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to improve physical abilities and independence.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

USD $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
