Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Experience Associate for a direct hire retail customer service opportunity in Savannah, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced retail environment without late-night retail hours.

• Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers in a retail store environment.
• Build strong relationships with local customers and contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Recommend and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Handle customer transactions, answer product questions, and assist with inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space that reflects pride in the brand.
• Support store operations and business needs across assigned locations when required.

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
