Position: Pharmacy Tech | Sayreville, New Jersey
An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician at a fast-growing closed-door pharmacy specializing in UPNEEQ®, a first-in-class therapy. This role supports patients by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, facilitating prescription orders, and providing essential assistance to the pharmacy team. The position is based in Sayreville, New Jersey, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement with a variable schedule including day, mid, and closing shifts.

Location: Sayreville, New Jersey
Job Type: Temp to Perm Contract
Schedule:

• Variable days and mid shifts
• Two closing shifts per week (Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Average prescription volume: ~900 scripts per day
  Pharmacy Software: Prime Rx

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of patient and healthcare provider calls with professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service to support patient and physician needs
• Accurately prepare prescriptions and conduct precise data entry
• Maintain and update patient, physician, and prescription records
• Identify and report adverse events following standard operating procedures
• Support overall pharmacy operations and assist the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience, preferably in mail-order or closed-door settings (retail experience considered)
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Commitment to long-term employment-candidates with frequent recent job changes will not be considered
