Position Overview
This role leads enterprise-wide compensation strategy, workforce analytics, job architecture, and related HR systems governance. Partnering closely with executive leadership, Finance, HR, and Legal, this leader ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, financially sound, and aligned with long-term organizational strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee compensation programs including market pricing, salary structures, incentives, and annual merit/bonus cycles
Provide decision support for offers, promotions, adjustments, and retention actions
Lead compensation modeling, budgeting, governance, and post-cycle analysis
Own workforce and labor cost analytics (headcount, attrition, productivity, vacancy trends)
Partner with Finance on forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range workforce planning
Deliver executive-ready insights and dashboards to inform leadership decisions
Lead job architecture strategy, career frameworks, and leveling standards
Support organizational design, spans-and-layers analysis, and workforce optimization initiatives
Ensure alignment between job structure, pay programs, and talent strategy
Conduct pay equity analyses and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain strong governance, documentation, and internal controls
Oversee compensation and workforce planning functionality within HRIS and drive process improvements
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or workforce strategy
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and HR systems expertise
Experience advising senior leadership on complex workforce and pay decisions
Deep knowledge of compensation governance, compliance, and job architecture design
