Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment in the Meat Department;
Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with standards;
Move and operate meat department equipment (band saws, grinders);
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report low levels to manager;
Lift and handle merchandise and/or containers up to 80-90 lbs while following safety guidelines
