- 8-10 + years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
- Proven experience enabling Change Data Capture and/or Platform Events
- Security & Metadata
- Strong knowledge of:
- Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field Level Security

- Experience supporting regulated environments (HIPAA, PII sensitivity a plus)
