Industrial Business Controller

Overview  Experteer Overview In this role you will analyze product costs (materials, labour, overhead) for a Maison and support the industrial director with data-driven insights to optimize decisions. You will independently manage monthly financial statements, stock analysis, and Maison-level cost review, while partnering with production, quality, and R&D. The role involves budgeting/forecast collaboration, end-of-month close, and driving timely financial flows.

This is a chance to shape cost management in a luxury manufacturing environment and work cross-functionally to enable strategic decisions.

Execute monthly financial statements, stock analysis, and Maison cost analyses
Collaborate on planning cycles (budget/forecast) including sales, production volumes, stock targets, and provisions
Act as a business partner for organizational units (production, quality, R&D) ensuring correct month-end closing
Prepare focused analyses on topics like cash flow drivers, balance sheet variations, one-off effects and projects
Contribute to live implementation of new financial flows

Responsibilities   Master s Degree in Business Administration / Economics & Management / Management Engineering
5 years of experience as Business and Industrial Controller in complex manufacturing environments and/or 2–3 years as Auditor in a Big 4
Strong understanding of cost elements across production to finished goods
Strong knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standard costs and variances
Good experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, SAP SEM, BI)
Proficient MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot)
Fluent English;
French considered a plus
