About The Sales Manager PositionAs a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
- Guide for families and older adults – The boots–on–the–ground support that helps families navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
- Team player – Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious, and community partners.
- Partner – Work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
- 3‑week onboarding & orientation program with in‑depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique sales approach, system training, one‑on‑one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education, and customized marketing tools.
- Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support professional sales and leadership skill development.
- Access to a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant sales experience; senior‑living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
