Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed)

We are looking for an HVAC Installer Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the HVAC trade from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience installing residential heating and cooling systems.

What You'll DoAssist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
Help install heating, air conditioning, ductwork, and related accessories
Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
Prepare and protect customer homes before installation work begins
Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the installation process
Assist with running ductwork, drain lines, refrigerant lines, and thermostats
Pick up parts and materials as needed
Complete required paperwork and mobile job documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
High school diploma or GEDAbility to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment with assistance
Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC trade school training or certificate program
NATE Ready-to-Work Certification Previous construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience
