Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct budget analysis for monthly financial reports

• Support the reconciliation of purchase orders and payments

• Keep JD Edwards records accurate and up-to-date

• Create customer invoices and provide follow-up

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 1-3 years in billing or project accounting required

• Strong Excel skills necessary

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

• Understanding of financial processes is beneficial
