This critical position focuses on finance support and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff to maintain accurate financial data, support reconciliation processes, and ensure smooth operations aligned with funder requirements. Your expertise in spreadsheets and financial tools will be vital to fostering accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and cash advances
• Ensure accurate coding of expenses with documentation
• Maintain vendor records and support payment setups
• Support reconciliation between budget trackers and ledgers
• Assist in preparation of financial reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent experience
• 5 years in finance support or administration
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in nonprofit finance processes
