Fitness Club General Manager

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop a team of fitness professionals

• Schedule and manage staff for all shifts

• Facilitate excellent customer service at the front desk

• Ensure cleanliness of the facility and equipment

• Handle club marketing initiatives and financial tracking

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma

• Previous management experience in fitness is preferred

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and quick system learner

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
