Overview

As a Digital Channel Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the sales activities for our digital channels. Your main objective will be to identify growth opportunities to expand our sales channel on digital platforms. You will play a vital role in future‑proofing our business so we can continue the positive growth we have seen so far.

• Supervise the sales staff for digital sales channels across mainstream and ethnic channels.
• Hire and train new sales members to get them onboard as soon as possible.
• Collect market intelligence to stay on trend for any emerging digital sales channels among various ethnic groups, map the channels with company supply, and provide sourcing and production recommendations to drive future sales growth.
• Identify sales opportunities among emerging digital channels, e.g. Chinese‑Canadian e‑commerce platforms like Hong Mall and Little Red Book, and assign the right sales representative accordingly to drive sales progression.
• Establish a proper process with all digital channels to minimize supply shortages.
• Handle customer requests and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and provide sales forecasts to guide sourcing and production activities.

• College diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 months of experience in sales or business development. Proven experience/success in digital channels is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
