Licensed 310T Shop Foreman

Lead a team of skilled mechanics as a Licensed 310T Shop Foreman in Scarborough, ON. Oversee maintenance and efficiency for various truck types including box trucks and tow carriers.

This position is ideal for candidates with leadership experience and a minimum of five years in heavy-duty diesel repair. As a foreman, you will manage shop operations, ensuring optimal performance and mentoring apprentice technicians. Strong knowledge in diagnostics, emissions, and A/C systems is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of experienced mechanics

• Ensure shop efficiency and maintenance of trucks

• Train and mentor apprentice-level employees

• Diagnose issues with engines, transmissions, and systems

• Maintain shop operations during day shift, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician

• 5+ years heavy-duty diesel repair experience

• Previous lead hand or foreman experience is an asset

• Knowledgeable in diagnostics and emissions systems

• Must own tools and have a valid driver’s license
