In this role reporting to the Manager, you will manage crucial repairs across hospital facilities. Tasks include operating the Building Automation System (BAS), performing water and diesel generator tests, as well as overseeing chillers and boilers. The position could involve occasional facility maintenance like snow removal and grass cutting, providing essential support across the General or Birchmount campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair various hospital equipment and systems

• Operate the BAS and conduct system tests

• Manage heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations

• Support maintenance in grounds service tasks

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Ontario Certificate of Qualification

• Experience in plant operations and equipment maintenance

• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High standards for work output and professionalism
