Position: Framer-Carpenter Needed
We are looking for a dedicated Framer-Carpenter in Scarborough! This full-time role offers you the chance to work on commercial projects while applying your carpentry skills on-site.

As a Framer-Carpenter, you will be responsible for all aspects of building and renovating, ensuring the highest standards of quality. This includes interpreting blueprints, making precise measurements, and experiencing the satisfaction of seeing a project completed from foundation to finish. A focus on teamwork and client service is critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction blueprints

• Prepare and execute layouts according to codes

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and steel materials

• Build foundations, install subflooring, and structure walls

• Fit and install essential building fixtures

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of carpentry experience

• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks

• Strong reliability and judgment skills

• Focus on client-service excellence
