Temporary Receptionist Pay: $20–$23.08/hour, depending on experience

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, vendors, and team members. You'll support daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth, professional front desk experience. You'll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing a variety of clerical tasks.

What You'll Do As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Welcoming visitors, associates, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor Answering and screening incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately Relaying messages accurately and promptly Responding to general inquiries and assisting visitors Managing conference room booking requests Maintaining a clean, organized reception and lobby area Handling internal requests directed to the reception desk Submitting IT requests for badge access extensions for vendors and contractors Assigning visitor and vendor badges for security when security personnel are unavailable Supporting various administrative and clerical duties as needed What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfort with Microsoft Office and general office equipment Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently Why Join Us in Scarborough?
