What You'll Do
  • Coordinating volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling
  • Maintaining volunteer records, databases, and reports
  • Supporting volunteer engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Assisting with volunteer events, meetings, and educational programs
  • Collaborating with staff to integrate volunteers into patient care and community activities
  • Providing administrative support while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of administrative, office coordination, or volunteer program experience
  • Healthcare or hospice volunteer experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong computer and database management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with staff and volunteers

Additional Information

This position may require occasional evening or weekend participation in volunteer events and travel to Andwell offices, hospice houses, patient homes, or community locations as needed.

Pre-employment requirements include a physical, drug screening, immunizations, and other health screenings consistent with organizational policy.
