For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Summary:

The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of reliability to join our team.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You will handle incoming phone calls, patient scheduling, process referrals, and perform administrative tasks that help keep our practice running smoothly. We are a patient-centered team that values communication, professionalism, and a supportive work environment.

The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
