Ducas Construction Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist the project manager with contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and project updates.
The role focuses on facilitating timely and budget-conscious project delivery from planning through turnover to the owner. The APM will participate in owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings, maintain project documentation, and support field staff at jobsites as needed.
