We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join us at our East Ayton – Forge Valley development close to Scarborough.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will assist them and the rest of the site team to manage the building project in accordance with agreed timescales, quality and cost. They will ensure that plots are completed to a standard finish which will exceed our customers’ expectations. The Assistant will often have responsibility for the full site, so a level of experience is required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress in a growing business.

EssentialSkills and Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above along with industry requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 4 in Construction Management
