Delivery Service - Dispatcher​/Office Assistant

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Scarborough, ME. As a Home Delivery Service Dispatcher/Office Assistant, you will coordinate home delivery schedules, communicate with delivery teams and customers, and ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, handling logistics, maintaining accurate records, and addressing inquiries or concerns. You will play a vital role in supporting smooth daily operations and fostering positive relationships with both customers and team members.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and clear, professional Communication skills
• Experience with Dispatching and coordinating logistics

• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with standard office tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous experience in dispatching or customer service is a plus
