Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain parking lot cleanliness, ensure carts are ready, and assist with vehicle loading.
• Handle membership pick‑up orders, notifying members of delays, unavailable items, and offering alternatives.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Provide member service: greet, listen, help with purchases, process payments, and operate cash registers.
• Assist with merchandise organization, cart retrieval, and keep the parking lot tidy.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, suggest improvements, and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
