* Calling all customer service professionals! Our client is looking to bring in a Customer Support Consultant to join their onsite team in Westbrook. This is a great opportunity to secure a

** through January 22, 2027** .

This is a  
** customer-facing support role
** where you'll be at the center of daily operations
- ** managing orders** ,  
** resolving inquiries** , and  
** ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal partners** .

** Typical daily duties:*
* + Provide support via phone and email regarding lab services, billing inquiries, and order/test status updates

+ Place orders, track shipments, and research shipment or order discrepancies

+ Create quotes, invoices, credits, and rebills while maintaining accurate records and resolving customer concerns

* What we're looking for:

*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining positive customer relationships

+ Solid technical skills including Microsoft Office, multitasking ability, and experience with order processing, invoicing, or quote creation
