Learning Facilitator - Customer Service

The Learning Facilitator II supports the development and delivery of learning programs for the Customer Service Contact Center. The role is part of a team that ignites a passion for continuous learning through interactive, memorable, and innovative experiences.

• Deliver and evaluate training programs that enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
• Work under the general direction of the supervisor and functional peer groups, building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply a passion for facilitation, a general understanding of adult learning principles, and adaptability to a diverse learning audience.

• 2–5 years of training and facilitation experience in a related industry;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging sessions across all modalities (virtual, in‑person, mixed).
• Track record of contributing to the design of training curriculum, content, and facilitator guides.
• Collaboration with subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders to develop training materials and programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• Skill in assessing training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
• Understanding of adult learning concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $60,300.00 – $69,400.00
