Middle School Receptionist / Building Ed. Tech. I
Scarborough Middle School is looking for a Front Desk/Receptionist Staff Person who will report directly to the principal and assistant principal. This person will answer the phone, be responsible for following building-wide attendance procedures, manage calling students for dismissal, take care of mail, check in visitors, and maintain a friendly, positive, courteous, and professional relationship with staff, students, and families.
Pay Range:
View the applicable collective bargaining agreement for hourly pay rates, and related employment terms.
Educational Support Professionals Contract
Qualifications:
Two (2) years of college; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively; demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs; ability to handle a variety of tasks requiring problem solving skills and enjoys working with middle school students.
Maine State Law requires ALL school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC). A copy of your CHRC MUST be uploaded as part of your application to be considered.
