  • Build World‑Class Labour Standards:

  • Continuously Improve Productivity:
Review and refine labour models to simplify operations and enhance performance. Incorporate evolving strategies such as scheduling changes, process updates, seasonal demand, and environmental factors.

Act as the industrial engineering liaison for key stakeholders, supporting business case development, productivity validation, and capital planning. Maintain strong partnerships with external industry groups and subject‑matter experts.
  • Support Engineering & Site Development:
Facilitate engineering requirements and permitting for site plans, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and HVAC.
  • Optimize Incentive Programs:
Partner with Operations and Finance to review and enhance incentive plans, validate performance, adjust baselines, and ensure plans drive the right behaviours and outcomes.
