Scarborough, Maine 04074 (Onsite role)
Duration: 6+ months contract (possible extension)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Scientist with strong expertise in Validation, Data Management, and Manufacturing Process Support for a leading diagnostics/manufacturing environment.
Key Skills & Responsibilities- Process Validation (OQ, PQ, PV, TMV)
- Data Analysis & Visualization
- Study Protocol Writing & Execution
- Statistical Tools – Minitab/JMP
- Manufacturing & Reagent Process Experience
- Hands‑on Lab Experience
- Execute and document process & reagent validations
- Design and manage DOE studies
- Analyze manufacturing/process data and generate dashboards/insights
- Develop SOPs, technical documents, and validation reports
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on process improvements
- Support QMS documentation and compliance activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Operations/R&D scientific roles
- Knowledge of Smartsheet/MS Project
