WEX is seeking a Dispute Analyst to analyze and process Mastercard and Visa disputes for our payment card customers. You will act as the liaison between schemes and customers, handling time-sensitive chargebacks within WEX policies and scheme regulations.
You will ensure accurate dispute tracking, adhere to all rules, and collaborate with relationship managers to drive customer satisfaction while mitigating financial risk to WEX.
