For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part‑time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per‑dime positions. Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Location: Maine Health Surgical Care - Scarborough
Address: 55 Spring Street, Scarborough, ME
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 36 hours/week (Consistent Schedule)
Shift: Daytime Hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Remote Flexibility: None - Onsite Position Only

About the Role

Maine Health Surgical Care in Scarborough is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in healthcare – no prior experience is required, though previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.

As a PSR, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You'll help schedule appointments, check in patients, verify insurance information, and support the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the surgical care department. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
